A full 50 lb box of fresh Ghana puna yam (also called pona yam), packed in Ghana and ideal for large families, parties, churches, restaurants and caterers. Puna is the most prized Ghanaian white yam: firm, smooth and slightly sweet, with a soft, fluffy texture when boiled or fried.

Storage

Whole yams keep for several weeks in a cool, dry, dark, well-ventilated place. Don't refrigerate whole tubers.
