Cute and convenient this comfortable size 10.5" wooden chess set is handcrafted in Eastern Europe from birch wood and finished in rich brown and black tones, a perfect compliment to a lovely cup of coffee.
Magnets keep the pieces steady and make possible to travel with this chess set. Extra number and letter coordinates line the chessboard's edge, a rarity. The classic chess piece style is easy to recognize for any chess player, even beginners.
In storage, the pieces nestle individually inside the folding case, which brass latch.
